On the 27th November we were announced as one of Theo Paphitis Small Business Sunday winners!! To say I am feeling ecstatic and proud is an understatement.
I entered Theo’s #SBS competition on the Sunday night, telling him about my business and what we do. Theo then looks through all the entries and chooses his top 6 and re-tweets their business on the Monday to over 500k followers. At 8pm on Monday my twitter notification went into meltdown after being named one of the lucky winners! We have also profiled on the #SBS website (www.theopaphitissbs.com) which is exclusive to all Small Business Sunday winners. This has been a great boost to the business and has given brilliant exposure to the services we offer. Our passion for faux flowers is immeasurable and attention to detail is the pinnacle of the floral work we create. As a winner we have been invited to the SBS event next year where we shall meet Theo, fellow speakers and winners alike! I am looking forward to this!
Small business champion and Ryman Stationery, Robert Dyas and Boux Avenue Chairman, Theo Paphitis, said: “We are thrilled to welcome new #SBS members every week and highlight just how important it is to support our small businesses here in the UK. My vision is that everyone who has ever won an #SBS re-tweet from me becomes part of a friendly club; like-minded individuals who can share successes and learnings. The website and Shop #SBS will also give a valuable profile to the winners chosen and I wish Flowers Forever by Dee every success.”
Anyone looking to be part of the #SBS family should tweet Theo @TheoPaphitis about their business on Sunday between 5 PM and 7.30 PM and include the hashtag #SBS. Six lucky businesses are re‐tweeted every Monday at 8 PM and then reap the benefits of the #SBS networking opportunities. I did and we won !!!
